There are couples that are epic, pairings that are destined, and relationships that are inevitable. I wouldn't describe Kairi and Ojiro as any of them. The first thing that comes to mind is how cute and adorable they are. It most likely stems from the fact that when they smile at each other, you smile right along with them. With Kikurin's plan in place, this pairing is bound to happen, whether they liked it or not. Two very artistic souls. One who's not quite reached his potential and the other filled to the brim that it's chocking the life out of her.

Their relationship starts off as a one sided crush, mostly on her part. Ojiro is more of a free spirit. Ojiro did not join the Love Shuffle to fall in love. He joined to have fun, 4 different women, what more can a man ask for. He shuffles from women to women, seducing them at work and then at play. His morals crosses the gray divide. Kairi joined as a last ditch effort to try to grab on to something worth living for. Kairi has done nothing but paint and attempt suicide. The only thread that keeps her alive is the fact that she's promised Kikurin that she won't kill herself until her 20th birthday. Hence, the cuteness that is this pairing. Sure it's predictable, but almost nothing is surprising these days. It's a cute, adorable and tender love story.
